Special Thanks to Shaun, Melissa and Arden for inviting us to ski Coppper Mountain with them. What a great 4 days!
The view from the condo...with skiing right outside the front door!
And of course, that Arden girl was our main attraction!
Arden waving to skiers on the chairlift.
That girl has never met a stranger!!!
The biggest surprise was how Judy "owned" the mountain...so proud of her!
She mastered one of Colorado's highest...(with Phillip, the ski instructor, who helped keep the
And until you see how steep the slopes and how high the chair lifts, you'll not fully appreciate how well she did conquering the mountain, and conquering her fears!
In the end, it was a photo finish for the Women's Downhill Slolom, with Arden taking the win, followed by Judy and Melissa in a tie for 2nd.

Views from the summit of Copper Mountain...with 3 different lifts to get there...12,373 feet up...above the treeline...
The rare air and the rare views are breath taking!
And everyone needs a trusted partner to help shred old boundaries and achieve new levels of performance...
...And Yes, fear is a terrible thing...
So we made that decision to leave fear far, far behind.
We gave it our all...nothing held back...to the top of the mountain...
Rule 1: Adventures are too few...and life is too short - to not go for it!
And there is more we learned from being on that mountain...but that is for another day!
Let the adventure continue...
